Job Description (JD):
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Argon welding as per technical drawings
• Read and understand fabrication drawings and weld symbols
• Set up welding machines and select appropriate electrodes/filler material
• Ensure strong and clean welding joints as per quality standards
• Handle grinding and finishing work after welding
• Maintain safety standards and proper use of PPE
• Coordinate with fabrication and production team
Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience in MIG, TIG & Argon welding
• Knowledge of welding techniques and safety norms
• Ability to work on MS, SS, and other metal materials
• Basic understanding of fabrication tools and equipment
