Candidate Requirement:
• ITI qualified candidate.
• Minimum 3 years experience in 5 Axis Tool Grinder machines.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of cutting parameters and tool geometry.
Machine Experience Required:
• ANCA 5 Axis
• Rolomatic 5 Axis
• Saacke 5 Axis
• Walter Tool Cutter Grinder
• CNC 5 Axis Machines
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Operate and set up 5 Axis Tool & Cutter Grinding machines.
• Manufacturing and re-sharpening of cutting tools as per drawing.
• Tool setting, wheel selection, and program loading/editing.
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming for tool grinding.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per standards.
• Inspection of tools using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.).
• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance practices.
• Follow safety guidelines and company SOP.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams.
