Job Description (JD):
€¢ Create and modify CNC programs for VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines
€¢ Read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models
€¢ Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters
€¢ Optimize machining processes to improve productivity and reduce cycle time
€¢ Conduct trial runs and ensure first-piece approval
€¢ Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain standards
€¢ Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
€¢ Ensure proper documentation of programs and process sheets
Required Skills:
€¢ Strong experience in VMC programming
€¢ Knowledge of CNC codes (G-Code & M-Code)
€¢ Experience with CAD/CAM software
€¢ Good understanding of tooling and machining processes
€¢ Ability to handle complex components and precision jobs
