Job Description (JD):
€¢ Operate and set up VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines
€¢ Perform machining work as per technical drawings
€¢ Tool setting, offset adjustment, and job loading/unloading
€¢ Achieve daily production targets within timeline
€¢ Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain quality standards
€¢ Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
€¢ Maintain proper documentation of production work
Required Skills:
€¢ Hands-on experience in VMC machine operation
€¢ Ability to read and understand technical drawings
€¢ Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, etc.)
€¢ Understanding of tooling and cutting parameters
€¢ Responsible and disciplined work approach
