Job Description (JD):
• Supervise daily molding production activities
• Handle injection molding machines and manpower
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time
• Monitor mold changing, setting, and trial processes
• Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection rate
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments
• Ensure safety compliance on shop floor
• Prepare daily production and performance reports
